December 4 (SeeNews) - NLB Banka Podgorica, the Montenegrin unit of Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), said its net profit rose to 8.5 million euro ($9.4 million) in the first nine months of 2019, from 7.7 million euro in the like period of last year.
The bank's net interest income grew 11.4% on the year to 15.2 million euro in the first nine months, while net fee and commission income went up 3% to 3.1 million euro, according to the lender's interim financial statement, posted on the website of Montenegro's central bank.
The loan portfolio of NLB Banka Podgorica totalled 384.4 million euro and deposits stood at 447.8 million euro at the end of September.
