July 30 (SeeNews) - Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Tuesday, as stock indices ended up, bourse data showed.
A total of 170 NIS shares changed hands in a turnover of 340,850 dinars. NIS closed flat at 2,005 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session 0.73% higher at 746.99 points.
Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] led the blue-chip gainers' list, as its share price grew 4.70% to 868 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, grew 0.45% to 1,565.33.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 731.6 million dinars ($6.9 million/6.2 million euro) on Tuesday, down from Monday's 745.9 million dinars, as 108 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the exchange generated a turnover of 784,051 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 727.6 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock market on Tuesday.
