June 21 (SeeNews) - Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Friday, as stock indices ended mixed, bourse data showed.
A total of 795 NIS shares changed hands in a turnover of 547,270 dinars. NIS closed at 689 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session 0.03% lower at 720.27 points.
None of the members of BELEX15 closed the session up on Friday.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, grew 0.96% to 1,540.96.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 122.7 million dinars on Friday, as 58 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the exchange generated a turnover of 2.5 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 118.8 million dinars ($1.13 million/997,700 euro) to the total turnover on the stock market on Friday.
In the period between June 17 and 21, BELEX15 fell by 0.54% and BELEXline rose by 0.63%.
The total value of trading on the Belgrade stock market in the period between June 17 and 21 was 1.619 billion dinars, versus 373.9 million dinars in the previous week.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 1.561 billion dinars to the total turnover, versus 211.4 million dinars last week.
