September 13 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed mixed on Monday, with oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] generating the highest turnover, bourse data showed.
A total of 2,877 NIS shares changed hands on Monday, generating a turnover of 1.76 million dinars. The share price of NIS closed down 0.16% at 611 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, closed down 0.17% at 808.25 points.
Aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] led the blue-chip gainers' list as its share price rose 6.67% to 3,600 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.21% at 1,717.48 points.
The bourse's total turnover fell to 482.4 million dinars ($4.8 million/4.1 million euro) on Monday, from 1.247 billion dinars on Friday, as 34 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 143,500 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 478.8 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Monday.
