May 31 (SeeNews) - Venture equity fund New Vision 3 Fund is planning to acquire 77,077 newly-issued shares in Bulgarian peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platform Klear Lending for 800,000 euro ($976,000), Klear Lending said.
Klear Lending's shareholders approved the planned capital increase at a shareholders meeting held in March, the company said in a commercial register filing on Friday.

The 77,077 shares will represent 23.89% of the company's capital following the increase, which has not yet been entered into the commercial register.
New Vision 3 Fund is co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds under the Operational Programme Innovation and Competitiveness 2014-2020.
