December 6 (SeeNews) - Sales of new passenger cars in Croatia fell by 3.6% year-on-year in November to 2,560 vehicles, market research agency Promocija Plus said on Monday.
On a monthly comparison basis, new car sales in November fell by 10.3% from October's 2,853 sold units, Promocija Plus said in a statement.
In the first 11 months of 2021, new car sales in Croatia rose by 25.9% year-on-year, reaching 42,805.
Renault was top-selling brand in the country of some 4.2 million people with 318 cars sold in November, up from 214 in October.
Kia was the runner-up with 248 cars sold in November, down from 320 in October.
Skoda ranked third with 218 cars sold in November, up from 162 in October.
The best-selling models in Croatia in November were Dacia Duster, of which 113 cars were sold, followed by Skoda Octavia with 111 and Hyundai Tucson with 88.
New car sales in Croatia decreased by 43% to 36,084 last year.
