March 28 (SeeNews) - Swiss food giant Nestle said on Tuesday that it has appointed Jamadagni Khandige as director of its Serbian factory.
Khandige replaces Tanja Zigic, who will become director of one of the largest Nestle Purina factories, in Hungary, Nestle said in a press release.
During his thirty-year career at Nestle, Khandige has held numerous managerial positions in manufacturing worldwide, including India, the Philippines, Malaysia, Ukraine, Moldova and Great Britain.
Nestle's Serbian unit is part of Zagreb-based Nestle Adriatic, which was founded in 2003 and is in charge of Nestle's operations in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo.
