The development bank of Lower Saxony, NBank, has announced that it expects for the financial year 2019 a stable to slightly increasing project volume compared to the year before.
Chairman of the bank’s executive board Michael Kiesewetter has pointed out that in 2018, there was a pronounced high demand for affordable living spaces which contributed to the financial results of the development bank, which was founded in 2004. The financial institution is owned by the German province of Lower Saxony.
