October 1 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based construction company ZSF-KOM has acquired 1,724 shares in Skopski Pazar [MSE:SPAZ], the Skopje-based retailer said on Tuesday.
At the end of September, ZSF-KOM owned 12,835 ordinary shares in Skopski Pazar, equal to 18.09% of the retailer's total number of ordinary shares, Skopski Pazar said in a bourse filing.

In July, ZSF-KOM increased its stake in Skopski Pazar to 17.44% of all ordinary shares, or 12.81% of the company's total capital.
Skopski Pazar ordinary shares last traded on the stock exchange in Skopje in July, and closed at a price of 18,525 denars ($328/301 euro).
