October 16 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based construction company ZSF-KOM has acquired 2,753 ordinary shares in Skopski Pazar [MSE:SPAZ], the Skopje-based retailer said on Wednesday.
Following the transaction, ZSF-KOM owns 15,988 ordinary shares in Skopski Pazar, equal to 22.54% of the retailer's total number of ordinary shares, Skopski Pazar said in a bourse filing.

ZSF-KOM acquired 400 shares in Skopski Pazar earlier this month, and another 1,724 in September.
Skopski Pazar ordinary shares last traded on the stock exchange in Skopje on October 10, and closed at a price of 18,999 denars ($341/309 euro).
