SKOPJE (North Macedonia), August 19 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based farming group ZK Pelagonija said that it is inviting bids for the acquisition of biogas-fired power plant operator Pelagonija Energy fully owned by ZK Pelagonija.

Pelagonija Energy has a registered capital of some 413.9 million denars ($7.5 million/6.7 million euro), ZK Pelagonija said in a bourse filing last week.

According to data published on ZK Pelagonija's website, Pelagonija Energy operates biogas-fired power plants in the villages of Porodin and Logovardi, with a total installed capacity of 6 MWh.
