September 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based agriculture company ZK Pelagonija [MSE:ZPKO] said it plans to sell local construction firm Kompleks Aleksandrija Dooel Bitola, formerly known as Iskra MM.
ZK Pelagonija has set the minimum selling price at 10.5 million euro ($12.4 million), it said in a bourse filing last week.

ZK Pelagonija's shareholders will vote on the proposed sale at a meeting set to take place on October 19.
The agriculture company earlier this year exited local flour milling firm Zito Polog by selling its remaining 5,047 shares in the company.
ZK Pelagonija is active in agricultural production and trade, livestock breeding, transport and distribution services.
