SKOPJE (North Macedonia), June 5 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based farming company ZK Pelagonija [MSE:ZPKO] said that it is planning to skip dividend distribution for 2018 and retain its profit for the year, of 34.7 million denars ($637,000/564,000 euro).

The farming company also skipped dividend distribution for 2017.

ZK Pelagonija shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for July 1, the company said in a bourse filing last week.

The company's non-consolidated net profit soared to 34.7 million denars in 2018 from 12.8 million denars the year before.
