November 27 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's agriculture company ZK Pelagonija [MSE:ZPKO] said on Friday it bought back 172 own shares on the stock exchange in Skopje.
Following the transaction, ZK Pelagonija holds 2,805 of its own shares, representing 1.3825% of the company's issued share capital, it said in a bourse filing.
Earlier bourse notices showed that ZK Pelagonija repurchased 89 of its shares in a transaction on November 20, 39 shares in a transaction on November 24 and 42 shares in two transactions on November 13. The company bought all of these shares at a price of 2,650 denars ($51/43 euro) apiece.
The company's shares last traded on the MSE on November 25 at an average price of 2,650 denars.
ZK Pelagonija is active in agricultural production and trade, livestock breeding, transport and distribution services.
