May 30 (SeeNews) - Minority stakes in North Macedonian flour milling company Zito Polog [MSE:ZPOG] and agriculture company ZK Pelagonija [MSE:ZPKO] changed hands in block deals worth 40.3 million denars ($701,545/653,651 euro) combined, bourse data showed.
A total of 8,886 shares of Zito Polog traded at 2,268 denars each in two block transactions worth a total of 20.2 million denars, Skopje bourse data showed on Monday.

In two other separate block deals, a total of 6,804 ZK Pelagonija shares traded at 2,962 denars each. The combined value of these two block transactions was 20.1 million denars.
Zito Polog's share capital is divided into 55,997 shares with a par value of 51.13 euro each.
ZK Pelagonija's total share capital is divided into 202,891 shares, each with a par value of 70.21314 euro, bourse data shows.
