SKOPJE (N. Macedonia), May 20 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's food company Vitaminka AD Prilep [MSE:VITA] said its shareholders approved a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 310 denars ($5.3/5 euro) per share for 2021 after skipping dividend payout for 2020.
Vitaminka will distribute a total of 23.8 million denars out of its 2021 net profit as dividend, it said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
Vitaminka booked a net profit of 52 million denars last year, compared with a profit of 13.7 million denars reported for 2020.
The company's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on April 20, when they changed hands at an average price of 12,150 denars, bourse data showed.
Vitaminka is specialised in the production of chocolate confectionery and crisp snacks.
