May 14 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's food company Vitaminka AD Prilep [MSE:VITA] said that its non-consolidated net profit fell by 33% year-on-year to 8.1 million denars ($142,541/131,837 euro) in the first quarter of 2020.
Total operating revenue rose by 11.8% on the year to 641.3 million denars, the company said in an interim financial statement filed with the stock exchange in Skopje on Wednesday.
Operating expenses increased by 12% yeatr-on-year to 581.9 million denars in the quarter under review, as expenses for materials added 15.4% to 381.8 million denars.
Vitaminka specialises in the production of chocolate confectionery and crisp snacks.
The company's shares last traded on the stock exchange in Skopje on March 11 at an average price of 14,080 denars.
