June 2 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's food company Vitaminka [MSE:VITA] bought back 90 own shares, representing 0.12% of its issued share capital, on May 31, it said on Wednesday.
Following the buyback, the company holds 2,255 own shares, representing 2.94% of its capital, Vitaminka said in a bourse filing.
Vitaminka repurchased the 90 shares at a price of 13,500 denars ($267.4/219.4 euro) apiece in three transactions, the Macedonian Stock Exchange announced on Tuesday.
Vitaminka specialises in the production of chocolate confectionery and crisp snacks.
