May 5 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's lender UNI Banka [MSE:UNI] said its shareholders have approved a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 282.97 denars ($5.1/5 euro) for 2022, higher compared with the previous year.
UNI Banka will distribute some 154.5 million denars out of its 2022 net profit as dividend for that year, it said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
The lender paid out a gross dividend of 220 denars per share for 2021.
UNI Banka's net profit increased by 56% on the year to 341.3 million denars in 2022.
The bank’s shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on Thrusday, at an average price of 5,200 denars, according to the latest available bourse data.
