June 18 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's UNI Banka said that its shareholders have approved its proposal to skip dividend distribution for 2018 and retain its profit for the year, of 268.6 million denars ($4.9 million/4.4 million euro).
UNI Banka also skipped dividend distribution for 2017, when the company's net profit amounted to 242.2 million denars.
The bank's shareholders approved the proposal at a meeting held on Monday, UNI Banka said in a bourse filing.
Earlier this year, UNI Banka issued a 5 million euro perpetual bond and said it will include the proceeds from the issue in its Tier 1 capital.
