May 10 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's catering company Ugotur [MSE:RZUG] said on Monday it has bought back 86,500 of its own shares.
The repurchased shares represent a 9.99% stake in the company's share capital, Ugotur said in a bourse filing.
Ugotur bought back the shares at a price of 58 denars ($1.1/0.9 euro) per share in one block transaction on the Skopje stock exchange, according to an earlier notice by the Skopje bourse.
Ugotur's shares last traded on July 17, 2020, when they changed hands at an average price of 28 denars, according to latest available bourse data.
