September 8 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's wine producer Tikves [MSE:TKVS] said it invested 4 million euro ($4.3 million) in the construction and equipping a new facility for the reception and processing of grapes, aimed at increasing its total processing capacity.
The new facility will enable the company to increase the total capacity for the reception and processing of grapes for premium wine by 1.25 million kilograms, Tikves said in a press release on Thursday.
The new equipment enables greater efficiency of the process due to the high degree of automation and digitisation, which will result in electricity savings, the company said.
Tikves’ shares last traded on the Skopje bourse on August 24, at an average price of 5,700 denars ($99.1/92.5 euro).
