May 30 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's textile products manufacturer Teteks [MSE:TETE] repurchased 67 own shares, the Skopje bourse said.
Teteks bought back each of the shares at a price of 3,073 denars ($53.4/49.9 euro) in one transaction on May 26, the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) said in a notice on Monday.
Teteks' share capital of 1.28 billion denars is divided into 414,171 shares, each with a par value of 3,095 denars.
The company's shares changed hands at an average price of 3,150 denars in regular trading on Monday, latest available bourse data shows.
