June 8 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's textile products manufacturer Teteks [MSE:TETE] repurchased 1,070 own shares, the Skopje bourse said on Thursday.
Teteks bought back 970 of the shares at a price of 3,100 denars ($53.9/50.4 euro) and the remaining 100 shares at 3,099 denars in four transactions which took place on Wednesday, the Skopje bourse said in a notice.
Teteks' share capital of 1.28 billion denars is divided into 414,171 shares, each with a par value of 3,095 denars.
The company's shares changed hands at an average price of 3,150 denars in regular trading on Wednesday, latest available bourse data shows.
