June 2 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Stopanska Banka Skopje [MSE:STB] said that it plans to distribute a gross dividend of 7 denars ($0.13/0.1 euro) per share for 2019 to investors that hold preferred shares.
Under the plan, Stopanska Banka will distribute a total of 1.59 million denars as dividend for 2019, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The bank is yet to set a date for a shareholders meeting at which investors will vote on the proposal.
Stopanska Banka last distributed a dividend for the first half of 2018. Holders of common stock received 73 denars per share, while investors that hold preferred shares were paid 5 denars per share.
The bank generated a net profit of 2.37 billion denars in 2019, down from 2.75 billion denars booked a year earlier.
Stopanska Banka's shares traded on the Macedonian stock exchange at an average price of 1,074.67 on Monday.
