June 11 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Skopski pazar [MSE:SPAZ] said that it will skip dividend distribution for 2018 and allocate its earnings of 11.8 million denars ($217,000/192,000 euro) for the year for investments.
Skopski pazar's shareholders approved the proposal at a general meeting held on June 7, the wholesale and retail trade company said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The company's net profit rose to 11.8 million denars in 2018 from 6.8 million denars in 2017.
Skopski pazar shares last traded on the stock exchange in Skopje at a price of 18,542 denars.
