September 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's heating utility Toplifikacija Skopje, which is in bankruptcy proceedings, will offer a package of 77,414 ordinary shares, representing 99.98% interest, in local heating supplier Skopje Sever at a public auction on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE), the bourse said on Thursday.
The shares will be offered for sale at a price of 482 denars ($8.3/7.8 euro) apiece at an auction on September 25, the bourse said.

The auction will be held under the all-or-nothing principle.
Toplifikacija failed to sell the majority stake in Skopje Sever at a public auction held on the MSE last November. In the first auction, the shares were offered at a price of 780 denars apiece.
