September 15 (SeeNews) - North Macedonian mining company Rudnici Banjani [MSE:BANA] said it will distribute a gross dividend of 40 denars ($0.77/0.65 euro) per share in 2021, lower than a year earlier.
Rudnici Banjani will distribute a total of 2.4 million denars as dividend from its accumulated profit from 2016 to 2019, it said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The company's shareholders approved the plan at a meeting on September 14.
Last year, the company distributed a gross dividend of 50 denars per share.
Rudnici Banjani generated a net profit of 5.6 million denars in 2020, up from 3.7 million denars in 2019.
Its shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on April 9, at an average price of 603 denars.
