May 8 (SeeNews) - North Macedonian mining company Rudnici Banjani [MSE:BANA] said on Monday its shareholders have greenlighted a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 40 denars ($0.72/0.65 euro) per share in 2023.
Rudnici Banjani will distribute a total of 1.4 million denars as dividend from its 2022 net profit, it said in a bourse filing.
The company skipped dividend payout in 2022 after distributing a gross dividend of 40 denars per share in 2021.
Rudnici Banjani generated a net profit of 8.9 million denars in 2022, up from just 876,000 denars in 2021.
