November 22 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's pharmaceuticals group Replek [MSE:REPL] will invest 43 million denars (698,900 euro) in a new 948.29 kWp solar park to supply renewable energy for its production activities, local media reported.
The output of the solar park will provide more than 40% of Replek's overall electricity consumption, reducing CO2 emissions and the company's energy costs, local news outlet Faktor reported on Monday.
Replek, established in 1945, employed 468 people at the end of 2021. The group specialises in pharmaceuticals production and sales, and operates a home goods store and a restaurant in Skopje.
