March 24 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based drug maker Replek [MSE:REPL] said on Friday it plans to distribute a gross dividend of 2,000 denars ($35/32.6 euro) per share for 2022, after skipping distribution for the previous year.
Replek will distribute a total of 49.4 million denars in dividend from last year's profit, the company said in a bourse filing.
Its shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting scheduled for April 26.
Replek made a consolidated net profit of 81.9 million denars in 2022, down 39% on an annual comparison basis.
For 2020, the company distributed a gross dividend of 2,392 denars per share and an extra dividend in the gross amount of 1,020 denars.
Replek's shares last changed hands on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) at an average price of 81,999 denars on March 17, bourse data shows.
