March 8 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's pharmaceuticals producer Replek [MSE:REPL] repurchased 40 own shares, the Skopje bourse said on Wednesday.
Replek bought back each of the shares at a price of 82,000 denars ($1,418/1,345 euro) in a single transaction on March 7, the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) said in a notice.
Replek bought back 71 own shares at 82,000 denars apiece in a separate transaction on March 6, the bourse said earlier.
Replek's equity capital is divided into 25,920 shares, each with a par value of 562.42 euro.
In regular trading, the company's shares changed hands at an average price of 81,998 denars on Tuesday, latest bourse data shows.
