May 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based drug maker Replek [MSE:REPL] said that its consolidated net profit dropped by an annual 10% to 52.3 million denars ($943,000/850,000 euro) in the first half of 2019.
Replek's operating revenue increased 5% year-on-year to 495.0 million denars in the January-June period of 2019, the company said in an interim financial statement.
Domestic sales added 7% to 211.8 million denars, while sales abroad were 2% higher at 272.0 million denars.
The company's operating expenses edged up 2% to 421.4 million denars, as personnel expenses grew 13% to 140.7 million denars.
Replek's consolidated assets slid 2% year-on-year to 1.79 billion denars at the end of June.
