January 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's real net wage ticked up 0.7% year-on-year in November after increasing by 0.4% the previous month, the national statistical office said on Friday.
In nominal terms, the average net wage in North Macedonia added 5.6% on the year in November, reaching 29,130 denars ($535.7/472.5 euro), Makstat said in a statement.
The strongest annual wage growth in nominal terms - by 14.4% - was registered in the professional, scientific and technical activities segment, followed by a 11.5% rise in the accommodation and food service sector.
On a monthly comparison basis, the real net wage in North Macedonia edged down 0.8% in November.
