December 29 (SeeNews) - A total of 2,312 shares of North Macedonia-based electrical components and equipment manufacturer Rade Koncar - Aparatna Tehnika [MSE:RADE] changed hands in a 4.6 million denars ($84,400/74,600 euro) block transaction on the stock exchange in Skopje, bourse data showed on Wednesday.
The shares traded at 2,000 denars each in the block deal concluded on December 29, Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) data showed.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
The traded shares are equal to a 1.1% stake in Rade Koncar - Aparatna Tehnika's total equity capital.
The company's share capital is divided into 206,230 shares, each with a par value of 20 euro.
Rade Koncar - Aparatna Tehnika's shares last traded on the bourse in Skopje on December 20 at an average price of 2,000 denars.
