November 29 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based ProCredit Bank has raised its capital by 13 million euro ($13.4 million) through the issue of 2,600,000 ordinary shares at a price of 5 euro apiece in a private placement, the country's Central Securities Depository said on Tuesday.
Following the share issue, ProCredit Bank has a registered equity capital of 27.8 million euro divided into 5,557,351 shares with a par value of 5 euro each, the regulatory body said in a notice.
The newly issued shares were registered by the Central Securities Depository on Monday, according to the notice.
ProCredit Bank is part of the ProCredit group of development-oriented commercial banks operating in South Eastern and Eastern Europe and South America, as well as a bank in Germany.
