June 4 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's water bottler and soft drink producer Pelisterka [MSE:LOZP] plans to skip dividend distribution for 2019, it said.
The company plans to allocate 320,159 denars ($5,823/5,197 euro) from its 2019 net profit to its reserve fund and the remaining 6.08 million denars to undistributed profit, it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Pelisterka's shareholders will put the proposal to the vote at a meeting scheduled for July 3.
The company did not distribute dividend for 2018.
Pelisterka's net profit grew to 6.4 million denars last year from 4.82 million denars in 2018.
