May 31 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's oil refinery Okta [MSE:OKTA] said on Wednesday its shareholders have approved a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 218 denars ($3.8/3.5 euro) per share for 2022, higher than the 73 denars dividend paid for the previous year.
Okta will distribute 184.5 million denars of its accumulated net profit as dividend for 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.
Okta's net profit grew 44% on the year in 2022, reaching 546 million denars.
Okta shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on May 12 at an average price of 3,450 denars.
