May 30 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Oilko KDA Skopje [MSE:OILK], which is active in transport and distribution of oil products, said its shareholders have approved a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 600 denars ($10.4/9.8 euro) per share for 2022, higher than the 330 denars payout for the previous year.
The company will distribute a total of 141.5 million denars as dividend for last year, Oilko said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Oilko's net profit went up 44% year-on-year to 171.7 million denars in 2022.
The company's shares have not traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) in the past year.
