April 15 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Oilko KDA Skopje [MSE:OILK], which is active in transport and distribution of oil products, proposed on Thursday to distribute a gross dividend of 260 denars ($5/4.2 euro) per share for 2020, the same as the payout for the previous year.
Under the proposal, the company will distribute a total of 62.1 million denars as dividend for last year, Oilko said in a bourse filing.
The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for May 18.
Oilko's net profit dropped 17% on the year to 90.9 million denars in 2020.
The company's shares last traded on the stock exchange in Skopje on January 27 at an average price of 6,000 denars.
