May 14 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Oilko KDA Skopje [MSE:OILK], which is active in transport and distribution of oil products, said on Thursday it is proposing to distribute a gross dividend of 260 denars ($4.56/4.23 euro) per share for 2019, double the payout for 2018.
Under the proposal, the company will distribute a total of 62.1 million denars as dividend for last year, Oilko said in a bourse filing.
Oilko paid a gross dividend of 130 denars per share for 2018.
The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 15.
The company's net profit rose to 109.53 million denars in 2019 from 52 million denars in 2018.
The company's shares last traded on the stock exchange in Skopje on December 4 at an average price of 6,000 denars.
