SKOPJE (North Macedonia), December 13 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based fuel storage and transport company Oilco KDA [MSE:OILK] said that it has repurchased 460 own shares for an undisclosed price. 

Following the transaction, Oilco KDA holds 10,213 own shares, equal to 4.07% of its capital, the company said in a bourse filing earlier this week.

The company's shares traded at a price of 6,000 denars ($108/97.5 euro) on the stock exchange in Skopje.

Oilco KDA has a fuel depot in the village Miladinovci near Skopje. The company transports petrol, diesel and heavy fuel oil, as well as compressed natural gas and liquid petroleum gas.

Oilco KDA's biggest shareholder is fuel trader Makpetrol [MSE:MPT].
