SKOPJE (N. Macedonia), May 13 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's NLB Banka [MSE:TNB], part of Slovenian banking group Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), said its shareholders endorsed a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 738 denars ($12.5/12 euro) per share for 2021.
The lender will use 630.3 million denars out of its 2021 profit to pay dividend, it said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
Last year, NLB Banka distributed 1,787 denars per share as combined dividend for 2019 and 2020.
The bank booked a net profit of 2.2 billion denars in 2021, up 30% on an annual comparison basis.
NLB Banka's shares traded at an average price of 27,467 denars on Thursday, the latest available Skopje bourse data showed.
