December 29 (SeeNews) - A total of 1,250 shares of North Macedonia's NLB Banka [MSE:TNB], part of Slovenian banking group Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), changed hands in a block transaction worth 35.9 million denars ($658,900/582,600 euro), bourse data showed on Wednesday.
The shares traded at 28,700 denars each in the block deal concluded on December 29, Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) data showed.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
The traded stock is equal to a 0.15% of NLB Banka's total equity capital.
NLB Banka's share capital is divided into 854,061 shares, each with a par value of 1,000 denars.
The bank's shares last traded at an average price of 29,543 denars on the Skopje bourse on Tuesday.
