November 22 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's NLB Banka [MSE:TNB], part of Slovenian banking group Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), said its shareholders approved a proposal to distribute a total gross dividend of 1,787 denars ($32.7/29 euro) per share for the last two years.
NLB Banka will distribute 1.5 billion denars as combined dividend for 2019 and 2020, the lender said in a bourse filing on Friday.
NLB Banka did not distribute dividend last year after its shareholders did not approve a proposal by the management to pay a gross dividend of 1,976 denars per share for 2019. The bank's net profit fell to 1.7 billion denars last year, from 1.85 billion denars in 2019.
The lender distributed a gross dividend of 1,738 denars per share for 2018.
The bank's shares traded at an average price of 29,377 denars on Friday, Skopje bourse data showed.
