September 27 (SeeNews) - A total of 41 shares of North Macedonia's fuel retailer Makpetrol [MSE:MPT] changed hands in a 3.1 million denars ($59,000/50,400 euro) block transaction on the stock exchange in Skopje, bourse data showed on Monday.
The shares traded at 74,998 denars each in the block deal concluded on September 27, Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) data showed.
The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
Makpetrol's share capital is divided into 112,382 shares, each with a par value of 511.29 euro.
The company's shares traded at an average price of 74,998 denars on the Skopje stock exchange on Monday.
Makpetrol has a network of over a hundred filling stations across North Macedonia. The company also has units in neighbouring Serbia and Greece.
