May 13 (SeeNews) - North Macedonian fuel retailer Makpetrol said that it is proposing to pay a gross dividend of 1,300 denars ($23.78/21.1 euro) per share for 2018.
Makpetrol paid a gross dividend of 999.35 denars per share for 2017.
Under the proposal, the company will distribute a total of 135.35 million denars as dividend for 2018, Makpetrol said in a bourse filing last week.
The fuel retailer's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 8.
On Monday, Makpetrol shares traded at an average price of 57,024.16 denars on the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
The company's non-consolidated net profit soared to 778.1 million denars in 2018 from 301.8 million denars in 2017.
Makpetrol has a network of over 100 fuel stations across North Macedonia. The company also has units in neighbouring Serbia and Greece.
