September 23 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's fuel retailer Makpetrol [MSE:MPT] repurchased 35 of its own shares in six transactions, a bourse filing shows on Wednesday.
Makpetrol bought 18 of its own shares at a price of 69,880 denars ($1,328/1,134 euro) apiece, 11 shares at a price of 69,990 denars apiece and six shares at a price of 70,000 denars apiece in the transactions that took place on Tuesday, the bourse filing showed.
Its shares traded at an average price of 69,896 denars on Tuesday on the stock exchange in Skopje.
The company held 11,003 of its own shares, representing a 9.79% stake in the company's capital, after its previous share repurchase in March.
In June 2019, Makpetrol launched a 200 million denars share buyback programme targeting up to 10% of its capital.
Makpetrol has a network of over 100 fuel stations across North Macedonia. The company also has units in neighbouring Serbia and Greece.
