September 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based forwarding company Makosped [MSE:MKSD] said it has reached an agreement to merge with local Magnum Media, which offers computer programming services.
The value of the assets that are being transferred, i.e. assumed, is 107.98 million denars ($2 million/1.8 million euro), the value of the liabilities is 32.89 million denars, whereas the value of the reserves is 75.09 million denars, Makosped said in a bourse filing on Friday.

Makosped in July said it has fully acquired Magnum Media.
At the end of 2019, Makosped held a 33.2% stake in Magnum Media, the forwarding company's latest annual financial statement shows.
Magnum Media, based in Stip, indirectly owns a 6.76% stake in forwarding company Fersped [MSE:FERS], local business website Faktor reported earlier.
Makosped already owns a 12.9% stake in Fersped.
