November 3 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Makedonski Telekom [MSE:TEL] said that its net profit rose 34% year-on-year in the nine months through September, reaching 1.5 billion denars ($28.2 million/24.3 million euro).
Total operating revenues grew 6% on the year to 8.4 billion denars in the period under review, the company said in an interim financial statement on Monday.
Domestic sales were 5% higher on an annual comparison basis, reaching 8 billion denars in the January-September period, while sales from abroad rose 35% to 397.4 million denars.
Operating costs inched up 1% on the year to 6.7 billion denars in the first nine months of 2021.
